Member organisers have to bear the expenses of all other functions/ celebrations/meetings whether cultural / promotional or otherwise should have to be intimated to the corporate office in advance with regards to the nature / type / scope 1 motto and the place and time of such an arrangement. Eco-spider shall not provide any financial assistance for the same.
3. Eco-spider reserves the right to allow/disallow such congregation with regards to the situation / occasion subject to the approval of its expert committee and may issue instructions of cancellation of the same without assigning any reason thereof.
4. Eco-spider, without prejudice expects all of its members should honour and abide by its code of conduct with regards to the organisation and conduct of meetings and functions anywhere in India strictly.

7. Receipt of Cheques I vouchers I documents. Each of us sincerely wish and expect a cordial relationship and gentle means in every sphere of operation and functioning .
To Err is Human. Inspite of all precautions and preparations, unintentionally sometimes we fell victim to the very unexpected incidents. Nobody is to be blamed for that. However we urge all of us to take into consideration and bear with for an amicable resolutions to explore a solution to any such crisis.
First of all, please make it sure that if you have any request or complain, you must have to communicate us in writing alongwith the prescribed proforma (even if you made phone calls / verbal discussions I any thing else) with authenticated documents / proof / witness duly signed by the applicant and be addressed to the Manager Cooperation / Customer care.
Then only your application shall be considered and be adjudged, that would lead for further proceedings / means of proceedings as per the urgency, weight and gravity.

Two introduction is compulsory for every achievement & awards. Rs. 200/- is considered as the minimum cheque amount to be released. 5% of your net commission deducted as Promotional Charge and shall be distributed equally among all unsuccessful distributer as repurchase Voucher only.
20% of your net commission shall be credited as repurchase voucher each time.
2% of your purchase amount shall be credited as 30:70 ratio i.e. 30% to you and 70% to your 14 level up-line.
Eco-Spider Pays out weekly commissions as account Payee Cheques or online deposits I e-transfer to your account.
Maximum pay out of pair income is restricted to Rs. 2,500/- per week under residual income facilities.
On every fifth payout a new ID of the concerned member would be created in lieu of the cheque amount within his/her down line.
Rs 2500/- would be paid or deducted from your 2nd pay out towards club fees once per entry.
There will be no deduction of second residual payout when one qualifies to the KBL membership with first residual payout.
Under refund policy a member can only be entitled to get Rs.1900/ - less against purchase of product within one year without other benefit.
Under K club membership you are automatically promoted to next successive clubs only after successful completion of L3 i.e. (2+4+8) or prescribed level.
After being a Lakhpati you retire from the project except residual income and all facilities remain unaffected on the consequence. Also you are awarded again with automatic re-entry to the project subject to the provisions therein.
Validity period of Membership is for one year. You have to renew your membership after one year, Rs 1200/- would be paid towards the renewal fees.
